The process and how it works:

Lifestyle and nutrition review.

You will receive a comprehensive questionnaire covering your goals, work or study obligations and lifestyle habits. Once I know your unique circumstances I can not only create a program but minimise and work around obstacles before they become a problem.

Training program.

15 min Video check ins.

To keep you on track regular check ins are scheduled. These can be booked right before you plan to train or even part way through your session so you can be shown technique or ask any questions about progressions etc. If you struggle with a couple of exercises or hate doing abs this can be used as a mini PT session.

45 min Virtual Personal Training.

Just like the real thing only I can’t spot you 😉 Via zoom I can give you that extra push, correct your technique and make sure you are safely progressing as fast as possible.

Packages

I’m motivated is for anyone who is already motivated to train and wants the best advice to get results. This is not the option to choose if you aren’t ready to put in the work.

Keep me accountable includes video checkins where I can go over your routine and technique each week.

Check my form and Results ASAP are virtual PT. if you aren’t motivated these are for you! We will lock in times to train and I will be correcting form and pushing you through the whole workout.
